Despite a drop in numbers compared to its predecessors, ‘Salaar’ remains in theaters after nearly four weeks, demonstrating its public appeal and regional popularity. According to Sacnilk.com, the film grossed Rs 404.87 crores in India and Rs 611.8 crores worldwide. ‘Salaar’, which cost Rs 270 crores, is the fifth highest-grossing Indian film of 2023.
Prashanth Neel’s film grossed ₹308 crore in its first weekend, marking a successful box office debut. Telugu led the opening collections with Rs 186.05 crore, while Hindi added Rs 92.5 crore net. Despite dropping to Rs 70.1 crores net in Week 2 and Rs 23.7 crores in Week 3, ‘Salaar’ remains a strong box office performer.
