(THND) New Delhi:

On Saturday, BJP president J P Nadda called the consecration ceremony of the Ram temple in Ayodhya on January 22 a “historic occasion” and extended an invitation to Indians residing overseas to attend the huge event from any location.

Over seven thousand people, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, will watch the “Pran Pratishtha” ceremony live on the internet.

Mr. Nadda, speaking to Indians from New Delhi, also praised the Modi government’s accomplishments in his virtual address.

He made an impassioned plea to all Indian nationals, calling on them to take part in the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha elections and the “‘NRI for NAMO Again’ campaign,” which the BJP has launched.

The most anticipated event is going to take place on January 22. Following countless hardships spanning decades, our beloved “Bhagwan Ram” will finally return home. “Righteousness and truth have won out,” he declared.

The BJP chief added that this historic event has brought a sense of spiritual contentment and that families are gathering to celebrate it.

Temples all throughout the nation are decked out in lights and decorations, making for a lively, joyous atmosphere. The fulfilment of our dreams and a watershed moment in our spiritual and cultural history have come together in this momentous event, he declared.

“I request all of you to be a part of this momentous celebration from wherever you are in the world,” added Mr. Nadda.

The “magnificent Ram Mandir and take part in the realisation of a cherished dream that echoes through generations” was another invitation from Mr. Nadda to the Indian community.

He praised the Indian population, calling them “torch bearers of our culture and values” who had contributed “invaluable contributions” to the world.

In elevating Bharat’s profile on a global scale, you have been instrumental. Aside from making us proud, the BJP president added, “your accomplishments, commitment to excellence, and resilience abroad have inspired the younger generation back home.”

“Your connect with the roots coupled with global exposure has become a bridge fostering eco-cultural and diplomatic ties between Bharat and the world,” remarked Mr. Nadda.

India, he said, has experienced “a remarkable transformation” under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership, highlighting the accomplishments of the Modi government. The country is known for its diverse culture, traditions, and people.

The nation has been catapulted into “a league of developed and prosperous nation” because to him, according to Mr. Nadda.

Modi boasted that India had made “remarkable progress” in a variety of areas during the past decade thanks to the “dynamic leadership” of the prime minister.

The party’s leader stated, “As we look ahead the BJP remains determined in realising the dream of Viksit Bharat” .

“Our vision encompasses a strong self-reliant India that actively contributes to global progress and works collaboratively with the international community,” added Nadda. We will be holding elections for the Lok Sabha in 2024. The ‘NRI for NAMO Again’ campaign has been launched by the party. With all due respect, I beg you to take part in and make a contribution to this greatest celebration of democracy,” he proclaimed.

According to Mr. Nadda, the “strong bond which connects with us with our roots and heritage” and the “presence and engagement” of Indian community members at the “Ahlan Modi” event in the UAE on January 13 will only strengthen the event’s significance.

According to Prime Minister Modi, his dream is to build a country where everyone, regardless of their origin, may participate in its prosperity.

The “paradigm shift” from women’s development to women-led development has occurred in India in the past ten years, according to Nadda. “Nari Shakti” has become the most important condition for economic progress, according to the prime minister, and women have shown unwavering support for his development approach.

In addition, he brought attention to the BJP government’s measures to guarantee 26 weeks of paid maternity leave and to ban quick triple talaq.

As India strives to become a significant global economic power, the prime minister emphasized the essential importance of women’s participation in the nation’s growth story.

According to him, India is now a “formidable leader” in technological and scientific domains.
