US President Donald Trump is in no mood to forgive anyone and BRICS countries have lately became the focus of his ire. Months before it was speculated that BRICS countries were going to started dethroning the ‘mighty’ US Dollar from its dominant position and start their own currency and use it for trade among themselves.
It would be a heavy blow to US economy, if that ever happens.
India later claimed that they have no interest in pursuing the BRICs currency and they are fine with trading in Dollars.Â
Trump threatens that it will impose 100% tariff and no selling in US territory if the plan of bringing any other currency comes into the picture.
US market is highly beneficial to other countries as Dollar is considered a very powerful currency and just like English, which has become a global language for communication, Dollar has become a global currency for transactions.
BRICS is a short form for countries Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa, and now UAE. Russia and China have been known to adapt anti-American stand several times. Russia is a forever enemy of United states, while China even though have closed economy is the biggest manufacturer of American products.
With just ten days of Trump coming to power, Trump is in no mood to be bullied by any other power of the world, rather bully them as it was done with Canada and Greenland and few other countries.
The dominance of the US Dollar is necessary for the US economy to thrive and maintain its superpower structure where Us has become center of every major decision and trade made around the world.
No country in the world wants to upset the US because they are more developed than the next ten countries combined.
