2. Trophy Design: N.G. Pansare, along with Walter Langhammer, creative director of Times of India, created the renowned “black lady” trophy that is presented at Filmfare. In Indian cinema, winning the trophy has come to be associated with greatness.
3. First Best Actor: Dilip Kumar made history by winning the Best Actor award for his remarkable performance in the movie “Daag.”
4. Accomplishment: In 1974, the actor Ashok Kumar took home two Best Actor awards for separate movies that came out that year: “Victoria No. 203” and “Bairaag.”
5. Highest Number of Awards: The record for most Best Actor victories belongs to Dilip Kumar. Throughout the course of his remarkable career, he was awarded eight times.
