It should be noted that several US companies use chines labor to manufacture their products as China has extremely cheap labor. However, China has banned most of the American Apps in its country.

Trump has also decided to take action on TIK TOK, a highly popular app in US and has proposed to buy it out soon.

China puts tariff on all US products and it has announced that 10% tariff will be an addition to the already tariff on all exports from the United States.

The tariffs will take effect from 10th of February.

China has also started an investigation probe on Google blaming them for creating monopoly in the market. Further, the State Administration of China says regarding this that the investigation on Google is majorly because of their suspicions that they are violating the anti-trust laws.

The Ministry of Finance in China has also released a statement regarding this.

Here is a translated version of it from the Chinese Language to English language.

From the website of the Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China

“The US’s unilateral tariff increase seriously violates the rules of the World Trade Organization, it is not only unhelpful in solving its own problems, but also damages normal economic and trade cooperation between China and the US.”

It is to be noted that China is not the only country on whom the President Trump has imposed Tariffs. Canada and Mexico too have been effected by the tariffs in the new term of the President Trump, however, they recently caved to the demands of the President.

Trump has delayed the tariff dates for one month in order to reach a consensus.
