Reportedly, in the village of Haldoni, Greater Munger, tenant Balraj, who’s a 32-year-old male, has allegedly lured the six-year-old girl and raped and killed her later, and then he tried to dispose of her body. All of this was confirmed by the post-mortem and the CCTV footage. He was quickly arrested with the help of the local police and local help. It was reported that he fired also at the police officers during a recovery operation, which injured one of the policemen. The police retaliated and shot back in self-defense, which led to his death at the hospital.
The family of the victim thanked UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and the police of the UP for their fast justice system.
CCTV footage of the incident and the rapist moving, which is captured on the CCTV, has been released by a few ex-users on the social media platforms.
You can see the child moving behind the killer and the killer going somewhere in the CCTV.Those said are dead after killing the girl. The rapist put the girl’s body in a sack and dumped it in a nearby field.
The crime happened when the uncle of the little girl had loved for taking his daily namaz.
Accused was caught within 24 hours, and later he was killed in the police encounter.
We are still trying to find how he got the guns and other weapons through which he retaliated on the police.
It was found out that the Balraj himself had a son and two daughters.
From the hospital where the girl was treated, Dr. Neha Sharma says “the police brought an individual who was injured. There was a firearm injury on the left side of his chest. He died during the treatment. His body has been sent for post-mortem.”
As per the DCP of Central Noida, Shailendra Kumar Singh, Uttar Pradesh Gator Noida, he says that “on the night of 28th August, a complainant arrived at the police station with a written application stating that their minor daughter was missing. Acting immediately on this information, a case was registered under the appropriate sections of the law. Simultaneously, 5 teams were constituted and a search operation was launched to locate and recover the minor girl. An intensive search operation was conducted, utilizing CCTV footage and involving the public and the police team, with the assistance of locals, and the girl’s body was discovered nearby. The body was taken into custody. An inquest was conducted, and the remains were sent to the mortuary for a post-mortem examination. A panel has been constituted for the post-mortem. A procedure is being carried out with videography. Further necessary legal proceedings are under way.”
This is an example of how crime-free the UP has become day by day with the swift actions of the police and under the governance of UP Yogi Adityanath. The state, which was once called the headquarters of crime in India, is now literally crime-free, and the criminals are getting their dues.
